Import your whole collection from a spreadsheet

Just starting out, or do you already have your collection in Excel or your own e-shop? No need to retype it coin by coin. Upload a single file (CSV) and we'll build the collection from it for you – we work out which column is what, show you a preview to check, and only then add the coins, with photos downloaded from the links too. A Shoptet export uploads as is, with no edits: we pull out details like the ruler, fineness and minted year automatically. And it works universally – it handles any spreadsheet, not just Shoptet.

Download your data however you need

Export your whole collection anytime – as a spreadsheet for Excel, or as a printed book in PDF. And when you're sending it to someone who shouldn't see what each piece cost you, leave the finances out of the export with one toggle. The data is yours and always within reach.

Open the CSV export in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and filter, sort or crunch the data entirely your way. Each coin is one row with all its details – ideal for your own reports and records outside the app.

With one button you download a backup of everything – coins, photos and descriptions – as a single file you can store wherever you like and upload back anytime. No locking up your data: when you want, you leave with your whole collection.
