When you sign up you get 14 days of Premium to try. After 14 days nothing is charged – you choose whether to continue on Premium or stay on Free.
Do I have to pay right away?
No. You start with a 14-day Premium trial and don't enter a card anywhere. When it expires, you pick a plan at your own pace.
How do I cancel Premium?
Anytime, with one click in the app. Premium runs until the end of the paid period and then switches you to Free – your data stays.
What happens to my coins on Free?
They stay yours and you keep seeing them. Free just has lower limits for adding new things – nothing is deleted.
How does payment work?
Securely through Stripe. Card details are never stored with us. You get the invoice by email and you'll also find it in the app.
How many coins can I track on Free and Premium?
On Free you have room for 50 coins, on Premium for 4,000. Free is comfortably enough for an everyday collection; Premium is for the larger ones.
How many photos can I store?
Photos are counted by disk space – 0.5 GB on Free, 5 GB on Premium. We also shrink them automatically, so more fit than you'd expect.
How do AI credits work?
AI features – auction import, coin recognition from a photo, and description suggestions – draw from a credit. Every account gets a starter credit for around 30 coins; Premium adds a monthly top-up for around 50 more. Once the credit runs out, you can connect your own AI account (API key) and keep going without limits.
What exactly happens when the trial ends?
Nothing automatic – you have no card on file, so nothing is charged. You decide whether to move to Premium or stay on Free. Either way, your coins and data stay.
Who can see my collection?
Only you. Collections are separated per user and not even we who run the app look into them. Only what you publish yourself is public – a marketplace listing or a coin shared by link. We never sell your data.
Are my collection's financial figures public?
No. Your collection is private by default. When you show part of it in the public catalog, you can hide financial figures like prices and values – you decide what's shown.
Can I export all my data anytime?
Yes. Anytime you can download a complete backup of your collection and a clear portfolio export. Your data is always yours – we don't lock you in.
What if I exceed the Free limit?
Your data stays stored. You just won't be able to add more coins or photos until you upgrade to Premium or free up some space.
What does AI processing for around 50 coins mean?
It's an approximate count depending on how demanding the photos, auction descriptions and AI features are. The app always shows your current credit balance.
